"Look at me." Yido smiled as Keu'deh responded without question, lifting his eyes to Yido's face. "You surprised me, that's all." He toyed with a strand of Keu'deh's hair, choosing his words carefully.
"I like boys." A blush colored Keu'deh's face, making Yido's grin widen. "More importantly, I like you, Keu'deh." Keu'deh's blush darkened and Yido brushed his fingers across his cheek.
"I'm sorry I've given you so many reasons to think otherwise." Yido slid his hand down Keu'deh's arm, slipping it around to his back. "I welcome this... If you are still willing to take that chance with me, little drow..." Keu'deh responded to Yido wordlessly, letting the taller elf pull him into a tight embrace, their hands sliding around to each other, their surroundings forgotten.
"YIDO." Aniphia's voice dripped with unveiled threat and Keu'deh pulled away from Yido with a jerk, his face burning darkly. Yido's ears flattened back and he glared over his shoulder at his irate sister, not releasing his hold on Keu'deh and sighing heavily.
