"Wow." They'd come upon a quiet spring, clear water sparkling as it flowed from among a collection of rock, water grasses swaying lazily in the breeze. A few fruit trees filled the air with a sweet perfume, the large fleshy globes weighing their branches down. Aniphia couldn't resist one hanging particularly close to where she stood and she reached for it while Yido grinned and turned to her, hands on his hips.
"We should take a bath here!" Keu'deh's ears flicked high in the air at Yido's announcement and he turned his attention to Aniphia, who smiled at her brother while she pulled her chosen fruit free of it's branch.
"That sounds great!" She turned to face them, caressing the tender flesh of the fruit and froze at the look on Keu'deh's face.
"Um..." Her cheeks flushed and she looked away, it wasn't hard to guess what he wanted, he tugged fitfully at his cloak and stared at her pleadingly. "But... I'm going to trance first, I'll bathe later..."
"Well..." Yido shrugged and smiled brightly, she and Keu'deh were both blushing and staring at each other, she never had a problem bathing with him before, so she must be embarrassed to bathe with Keu'deh. "Okay... But you're going to miss the fun..." He layered a note of teasing in his voice.
"Come on, Keu'deh!" He turned and strode toward the spring, grinning cheerfully. Keu'deh turned to follow him, pausing at Aniphia's whisper to him.
"by the way, pet..." She plucked the leaf from the top of her fruit and waved it at him, her smile sly and suggestive. "i better miss an awful lot of 'fun'..." He returned her grin in kind, following Yido towards the spring.
