"Keu'deh! Wake up!" Yido grabbed the sleeping drow's shoulders and shook him gently trying to rouse him, making Keu'deh shout in surprise before he recognized Yido.

"I'm sorry, but you need to put this on and follow me right now..." Yido's face was filled with concern and his voice was heavy with urgency as he shoved a bundle of cloth into his hands. Keu'deh stared at the simple cloak he'd been handed and got to his feet as Yido darted into a different room.

"This isn't mine..." His mind was still slow from sleep and he wasn't comprehending Yido's urgency, until Yido swept back into the room, wearing a dark violet cloak and snatched the one he'd given Keu'deh, moving close to him in the same motion to fasten the cloak around his shoulders.

"This on has a hood." Keu'deh stared at him blankly, inches from his face, and felt a sudden panic well in him.

"Are we fleeing town?" Yido fussed with the cloak clasp.

"Not yet."

"Yet?!" Keu'deh's ears dropped and Yido's expression took on a note of sadness.

"Soon..." He spun away from Keu'deh and moved to retrieve a pair of staves from a closet.

"But..." Yido cut him off, glancing over his shoulder, looking more at the room than the frighten drow.

"There's no time! Put your hood up and follow me!" He bid farewell to the small home and moved to the door. "Aniphia's waiting!" Keu'deh stood still a moment longer, until Yido reached the door and stared at him impatiently.

"Oh..." Dread filled him as he raised his hood, this probably wasn't going to be very good.
